GetResponse

The GetResponse modules allow you to monitor, create, update, and delete the contacts, campaigns, newsletters, and tags in your GetResponse account.

Getting Started with GetResponse

To use any of the above modules, you need to connect your GetResponse account to Integromat. If you do not have a GetResponse account yet, you can create one at GetResponse.com

Connecting the GetResponse to Integromat

To connect your GetResponse account to Integromat, you need to obtain the API Key from your GetResponse account and insert it in the Create a connection dialog in the Integromat module. 

1. Log in to your GetResponse account.

2. Click the Menu > Integrations and API.

3. Click API > Generate API Key.

4. Enter a name for the API key and click Generate.

5. Copy the API key to your clipboard.

6. Log in to your Integromat account, and add a module from the GetResponse app into an Integromat scenario.

7. Click Add next to the Connection field.

8. In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

9. In the API Key field, enter the key copied in step 5, and click Continue.

The connection has been established.

Triggers when a new campaign is created.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Maximum number of campaigns
Set the maximum number of campaigns Integromat should return during one execution cycle.
If the value is set too high, the connection may be interrupted on the side of the given third-party service (timeout). Integromat - zone EU1 does not influence this. We recommend that you set a lower value and either define a higher value for the maximum number of cycles or run the scenario more frequently. For more information, please see the online Help.

Watch Contacts

Triggers when a new contact is created.

Create a Contact

Adds a new contact to a chosen campaign.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
CampaignSelect or map the campaign for which you want to create the contact.
NameEnter (map) a name for the contact.
EmailEnter (map) the contact's email address.  A confirmation message may be sent to the specified address. For more information, please see the appropriate Help section
BirthdateEnter (map) the contact's date of birth.
CityEnter (map) the contact's city name.
CommentEnter (map) the note about the contact.
CountryEnter (map) the contact's country name.
FaxEnter (map) the contact's fax number. 
GenderEnter (map) the contact's gender.
Home PhoneEnter (map) the contact's home phone number.
Mobile PhoneEnter (map) the contact's mobile phone number.
PhoneEnter (map) the contact's phone number.
Postal CodeEnter (map) the contacts area postal code.
RefEnter (map) the contact's reference details.
StateEnter (map) the contact's state name.
StreetEnter (map) the contact's residence street name.
URLEnter (map) the contact's website URL address.
Work PhoneEnter (map) the contact's work phone number.
IP AddressEnter (map) the contact's IP address from which they log in.
Day of Autoresponder CycleEnter (map) the number of days to set the autoresponse cycle for the contact. Enter a value between 0 and 9999.

Update Contact's Custom Field

Updates contact's custom field value.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Custom FieldSelect or map the custom field that you want to update for the contact. When you select the custom field, a specific field auto-populates for which you need to enter the new value to update.
Contact IDEnter (map) the Contact ID whose custom field value you want to update.

Update a Contact

Updates a contact with the given ID.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Contact IDSelect or map the Contact ID whose details you want to update.
CampaignSelect or map the campaign whose contact details you want to update.
NameEnter (map) a name for the contact.
EmailEnter (map) the contact's email address.  A confirmation message may be sent to the specified address. For more information, please see the appropriate Help section
BirthdateEnter (map) the contact's date of birth.

Delete a Contact

Deletes the contact with the given ID.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Contact IDSelect or map the Contact ID you want to delete.
Newsletter IDSelect or map the Newsletter ID applicable for the contact. If you enter a Newsletter ID (Message ID), the contact will not be deleted but unsubscribed from the campaign.

Create a Campaign

Creates a new campaign.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
NameEnter (map) a name for the campaign.
Language CodeEnter (map) a two-letter language code. For example, EN for English.
via EmailSelect or map the ways of adding the contacts to a campaign through email:
  • Immediate
  • With Confirmation
via WebformSelect or map the ways of adding the contacts to a campaign through webform:
  • Immediate
  • With Confirmation

via ImportSelect or map the ways of adding the contacts to a campaign through import:
  • Immediate
  • With Confirmation

Create a Newsletter

Creates a new newsletter. Depending on the settings, the newsletter will be either saved as a draft or sent immediately.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
CampaignEnter (map) a name for the campaign.
SenderSelect or map the sender's email address to send the newsletter.
Reply-To-HeaderSelect or map the email address to whom the users can reply about the newsletter.
SubjectEnter (map) a subject line for the newsletter email.
TypeSelect or map the newsletter type:
  • Draft
  • Broadcast
ContentEnter (map) the email content in HTML format.
NameEnter (map) a new name for the newsletter.

Cancel a Newsletter

Changes newsletter type to "draft."

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Newsletter ID
Enter (map) the Newsletter ID that you want to change to draft.

Delete a Newsletter

Deletes the newsletter with the given ID.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Newsletter ID
Enter (map) the Newsletter ID that you want to delete.

Search for a Campaign

Searches for a campaign by name.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Maximum Number of Returned CampaignsSet the maximum number of campaigns Integromat should return during one execution cycle.
Continue the execution of the route even if the module returns no resultsSelect the checkbox to continue the execution of the module even if there are no results.
NameEnter (map) the name of the campaign you want to search.

Search for a Contact

Searches for a contact by name or email address.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Maximum Number of Returned ContactsSet the maximum number of contacts Integromat should return during one execution cycle.
Continue the execution of the route even if the module returns no resultsSelect the checkbox to continue the execution of the module even if there are no results.
NameEnter (map) the name of the contact you want to search.
EmailEnter (map) the contact's email address whom you want to search.

Get a Contact

Returns a contact specified by the given ID.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Contact IDEnter (map) the Contact ID whose details you want to retrieve.

Create a Tag

Creates a new tag.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
NameEnter (map) the tag name.

Update a Tag

Updates a tag with the given ID.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Tag IDEnter (map) the Tag ID whose details you want to update.
NameEnter (map) a new name for the tag.

Delete a Tag

Deletes the tag with the given ID.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Tag IDEnter (map) the Tag ID you want to delete.

Get a Tag

Returns a tag specified by the given ID.

ConnectionEstablish a connection to your GetResponse account.
Tag IDEnter (map) the Tag ID whose details you want to retrieve.

Search for a Tag

Searches for a tag by name.
