How to change (upgrade, downgrade or cancel) the subscription

If you haven't started your upgrade to Make yet, you can change your Integromat subscription anytime.

Upgrade and downgrade

If you upgrade or downgrade, we charge your card immediately, and from that moment, the new billing month runs. Your operations and data limits from the previously active plan are converted to Extras and applied to your account. Please note, that these terms do not apply when downgrading to the FREE plan.

Extras are transferred from month to month and never expire. Extras are used only in case you hit your prepaid monthly limits.

If you don't like this conversion of your prepaid limits to Extras, you can wait with this change until your current prepaid period ends and resubscribe after.

Canceling subscription

If you cancel, you won't be charged again and your current plan will remain active until the end of the prepaid period.
